What is your return policy?

We make everything with pride, but sometimes things do go wrong! If you feel your product is not correct, please contact us at info@dolles.com and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that you must contact us within  30 days of purchase. Refunds are not permitted, but we are happy to exchange product of equal value. We require proof of purchase including a receipt and remaining candy in its original packaging. Sorry, we will not process an exchange for candy that has been given away, thrown away, or consumed.
